General Shipping Information
Shipping Options:
We currently ship to all 50 states with our preferred carrier
UPS. Regretfully we do
not ship internationally,
although we expect to shortly.
Depending on your location
you will receive different
shipping options on our checkout
page, however there should
always be atleast ground
and express available.
When will my order ship/arrive?
Typically most products will be ready to be shipped within
1-2 business days after you
placed the order. Orders
shipped by ground can take
anywhere from 3-10 additional
days to arrive, while express
shipments will normally arrive
in 2 additional days. Sometimes
orders are shipped directly
from our manufacturer, in
those instances shipping
may take 4-6 weeks. If there
will be an excessive delay
in your shipment we will
notify you by email and give
you additional options.
How much will shipping cost?
Because we pull real time rates from our carriers, we cannot
predict the actual cost of
shipping on this page. However
an estimate of the shipping
costs will be provided to
you during checkout and before
finalizing your order. Rates
are calculated on the weight
of the item and sometimes
the size as well. Occasionally
if the carrier's rate services
cannot be reached, shipping
costs will revert to a value-based
option (based on overall
purchase price of order).
We do not
charge a handling fee on
our normal items. Some
larger or unique items may have
a special shipping charge
that is not included, this
will be noted on their
product pages.
