Return Policy
Note: If your order was damaged enroute to you please see this
help page instead.
- If we are at fault for your return
(wrong or defective item),
Simply Decor will gladly refund
your full purchase price, or exchange
for the proper item.
- Please email us as soon as possible if you discover something wrong with
your shipment at help@simplydecor.com
- Ensure all parts and invoices are returned with the product.
- Package the items either in the original box used or a similar one.
- We will email you more specific instructions on how to return the item(s)
- If you request a replacement,
we will ship your replacement
after we receive and process
your returned product. If
you need a product replacement
faster, we suggest that you
request a refund on the original
order, while making a new
purchase on the item (so
your item ships immediately
while waiting on your refund
to process).
- Please allow 5-7 days
for your refund to be credited
after we recieve your return.
We're usually much faster
but just incase.
- We want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase.
If you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason
we will gladly refund your purchase,
as long as the product is undamaged
and unused. Unfortunately we will
not be able to refund your shipping
costs.
- You MUST email us at help@simplydecor.com within
30 days of the purchase for an RMA number. Please detail your
account name (email address), order
number,
item name or description, and reason for the return (unrequired but it will help
us improve our service).
- Packages returned to us must have the RMA number displayed on the packaging exterior or it will be refused.
- Only undamaged items may be returned, it must be in new condition.
Please include all parts in the return. If your item was damaged
or defective prior to your use please see the sections above.
- We cannot be responsible for damage during shipment back to us.
Please repackage any returns carefully and insure the
item accordingly (UPS automatically insures packages up to $100 for free, we
think Fedex does as well).
- If a product is returned that has been obviously used (ie wax in candle holder),
it may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or higher or possibly a refusal
of refund in extreme circumstances. We very rarely charge this fee, especially
if there's a decent reason of return.
- Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived at the warehouse.
