Help
I lost or keep losing the contents in my bag.
We have recieved reports from some of our customers about losing the contents of their shopping bag. This is usually due to one
of three reasons.
- Cookies may be blocked in your browser or through a third party security program.
- Your session has timed out.
- You have signed into your account while having items in your bag.
You may adjust your privacy/cookies settings in Internet Explorer by going to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy. We recommend setting
this to medium or medium-high. Simplydecor.com does not collect personally identifiable information with our cookies. They are used
only for order tracking and customized content. If you feel it is necessary to block all cookies, you may experience reduced or even no
functionality at our website (along with many others).
For session timeouts, if you add
an item to your shopping bag and
leave for an extended period of
time, your bag may be dropped.
This is done for security and performance
purposes. You can save all your
current items for later purchase
by adding them to your saved bag.
This can be done in the "view bag" page,
by clicking save bag next to each
item.
Some customers also have lost the
contents of their bags after signing
into their account. We are working
on a fix for this right now and will keep you updated on
this page. For now we recommend
signing into your account before
you start shopping. We apologize for the inconvience.
