My order was damaged during
shipping
Please email us immediately at help@simplydecor.com
and inform the carrier (this is
very important). Include your name,
address, account name (email address), order number
if possible and a detailed description
of the damage to the product and
the packaging. Please keep the
items, all packaging materials
and the invoice, credit cannot be issued
without them. You must inform us
within 10 days of recieving the package or regretfully we
will be unable to refund or replace
your order.
